Step Two: Complete and submit the reservation request form.
Step 3: Click on the submit button so your reservation request form will be sent to the
desk clerk. Click done on the next page which will bring you back to this page. Next, proceed to step 4 to make
a secure deposit payment.
Step 4: After filling in the reservation request form and hitting the submit button click
the link to make a deposit payment at our secure payment site. A new window will appear in which you will record your payment
information.
Required Deposits (Tax Included):
Any Apartment Rental: $150.00
Sunday-Thursday in the Winter or Summer All Week:
King or Double-$67.20, Triple-$78.40
Winter Weekends & Holiday Periods: King or Double-$106.40
Triple: $117.60
Note: If you rent multiple rooms a deposit payment must be made for each room.
Policies:
Motel Rooms: A cancellation at any time incurs a $20 service
fee. If you cancel less than 3 days prior to your arrival date you will forfeit your entire deposit which is the cost of the
first night of lodging.
Apartments: A cancellation at any time incurs a $50 service fee. If you
cancel less than two weeks prior to your arrival date you will forfeit your entire deposit which is $150.00.
All reservations made for someone else (for example groups or bus drivers) must
be pre-paid and are non-refundable.
While we love pets regretfully we do not allow them.
No refunds are offered for early check-outs or inclement weather.
Canaan Village is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not
allowed in our rooms or apartments!
